PROSTIM is a fluid product having biostimulant action with a high concentration of L-α amino acids and N‑acetyl‑thiazolidine‑4‑carboxylic acid (ATCA).

The amino acids contained in the formulation of PROSTIM are rapidly available for the vegetal tissues in which they have both reserve and growth functions. Moreover, the free amino acids contained in PROSTIM stimulate the development of several plant organs and complex the micronutrients allowing for their rapid translocation into the plant.

The ATCA contained in PROSTIM is a precursor of proline, a crucial regulator of the cell turgidity, and of cysteine, an important metabolic activator.

PROSTIM activates in the crops biochemical and enzymatic functions, improves the metabolic and synthesis processes such as those of proteins, carbohydrates, nucleic acids, lipids and of precursors of growing promoters and enzymes. The use of PROSTIM thus improves photosynthesis and respiration.

PROSTIM also stimulates germination, rooting, flowering and fruit enlargement and helps the plants to rapidly overcome the effect of abiotic stresses due to thermic or water sudden changes, root asphyxia and phytotoxicity.
